Understanding the job thread

Every job on Blue Seal has its own thread, so nothing gets lost between texts, email, and paper.

Inside a job you'll find:

• Chat — message the other party, share photos, and keep a record of what was agreed.
• A status board — the job moves through clear stages (requested, quoted, in progress, awaiting approval, complete) so everyone knows where things stand.
• Quote & invoice — the numbers live right in the thread, with receipts afterward.
• Reviews — when the work is done, both sides can leave a review.

Because it's all scoped to one job, you can come back months later and see exactly what happened.
