• Check the badges. Hire verified pros and look at their reviews and recommendations.
• Be specific in writing. Agree on scope, price, and timing in the thread before work starts.
• Don't share more than you need to. Your exact address stays private on public job posts until you choose to share it.

If a request feels off — someone pushing you off-platform, or asking for payment in an unusual way — pause and contact support.
