Getting verified as a tradesperson

To take work on Blue Seal, your profile is manually reviewed by our team. The onboarding wizard walks you through it. We look at:

• Government photo ID — confirms you are who you say you are.
• Trade certification — your ticket / licence for the trades you list.
• Insurance — proof of liability coverage on file.
• WSIB / workers' comp — where it applies to your trade and province.

Upload clear photos or PDFs of each document in the wizard. Once you submit, our team reviews everything; you'll be notified when you're approved and your profile goes live. Until then you can finish setting up your profile, portfolio, and availability.

If something needs another look, we'll let you know what to re-upload — you won't be left guessing.
