Showing your Google reviews on your profile

If you already have a Google Business Profile with reviews, you can show those reviews on your Blue Seal profile too — handy when you're newer to Blue Seal and still building up reviews here.

How to connect

1. Go to Account → Tradesperson → Google reviews.
2. Tap Connect Google Business and sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing.
3. Grant read access to your reviews. That's it — your Google rating and recent reviews will appear on your public profile shortly after.

We refresh your Google reviews automatically each day, and you can tap Sync now anytime to pull your latest ones right away.

Good to know

• Your Google reviews are shown in their own section, clearly labelled. They're kept separate from your Blue Seal rating — the two never get mixed together, because Blue Seal reviews come from completed, verified Blue Seal jobs.
• You can only connect a business you manage on Google — you'll sign in and approve the access yourself.
• You can disconnect anytime from the same screen. Your Google reviews come off your Blue Seal profile right away.

Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? You don't need one — it's an optional extra. Your Blue Seal reviews stand on their own.
