Your client book & recurring billing

Clients is your own contact book, on the Clients tab of your dashboard (and in the side panel). It's part of Blue Seal Pro.

Add or import your clients. Add a client by hand, or import a CSV with a Name column (Email, Phone, Company and Notes are optional). We skip duplicates and anyone already in your book. Each client gets a page with their contact details, your private notes, and a history of the jobs you've done together.

Recurring billing. Open a client and tap Add recurring charge — give it a name (e.g. "Monthly pool maintenance"), pick weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and list what you charge. Blue Seal then drafts that invoice for you each period.

Nothing is ever sent automatically. Each draft waits for you to review and send, so an amount is never charged to a client without you. You can pause or resume a recurring charge any time, and edit the amount whenever it changes.

Your clients here are yours: adding a client or setting up recurring billing doesn't notify them or change anything on their side until you choose to send an invoice.
